I had a great experience at Washman! I purchased the Manager’s Special interior detail, and the team did an excellent job cleaning my vehicle and detailing the interior. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of meeting Liv. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming, striking up a conversation and asking how my day was going. She offered me complimentary popcorn that smelled amazing and even called me by name, which was a level of personal service I definitely didn’t expect at a car wash. It’s experiences like this, and especially people like Liv, that are the reason I’m willing to drive an hour out of my way to come to this Washman location. Great work on the vehicle and even better customer service. Liv is a fantastic representative of the Washman team!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I was told a full detail would take approximately 45 minutes, but after paying at 1:40 PM, my car wasn't finished until 3:50 PM—over two hours later. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not justify either the wait or the $85 price. The exterior was not properly cleaned, and the wax service we paid for appears to have been skipped entirely. The vehicle is covered in streaks, and both the interior and exterior windows have a noticeable film and streaking. The interior is especially disappointing. It looks like a shine product was sprayed on every surface without actually cleaning the dirt underneath, leaving dust and grime throughout the cabin. To make matters worse, a piece of my interior was damaged during the service that was not damaged beforehand. If I could post the video here I would. After waiting more than two hours, I expected my car to look spotless. Instead, it still looks dirty, and I'll now have to spend more money taking it somewhere else to have the job redone properly. This was absolutely not worth the cost, and I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

I rolled out to Washman, Montevilla. And, man am I HAPPY I did! The equipment and lot, looked new/updated and CLEAN! I liked Arturo right away. He arranged with Roman, to have all the car surfaces sprayed down well; Roman did a great job. My car looks great; the wheel clean product killed it!; the vacuums and forced air equipment work great! Thanks Arturo and Roman for a stellar first experience; you guys were the difference, that made a difference! I signed up for the monthly/quasi-unlimited. Nuff' said! My 2015 Lexus IS 250 has been garaged it's whole life and the paint is in great shape, even after 10 years. Since moving to Portland from San Diego in April 2026 I've been sweating to try Kaady, or Washman for my every-week washings, that are now needed as the car has not been garaged and I don't want to continue to pay handwash prices at my detailer. Google reviews were not conclusive for either, Kaady or Washman. My experience with WashmanMontevilla, was!

My wife brought her car to this specific location and her car was left with scratches all over the hood produced by the spining pads, after she brought this to the attention to the "manager" of the place he said he couldn't do anything but he proceed to offer a phone number to her so she could call and find a solution for the problem, she preceeds to call that number which is a number thay nobody answers and only sends you to voicemail after a few attempts we knew we were gaslighted and we're just wasting our time, so she decided to file a claim to our insurance which they agreed to fix the car and repaint it, so i brought my car last week for a service at the same spot "believing" maybe they have new rolling pads and they already fix the problem, "wrong" it was even worst, my car is now scratched pretty much all around the chasis and since i know what their customer service already work like i decided no to proceed with a formal complaint simce i know it will be futile but i'm gonna post this here so you guys take precaution and care of your precious investment.

Last week I had the most amazing experience at the washman on 82nd glisan. I have been coming to this location for over a decade but never have I had such great service. Ciera was so patient took the time to explain prices and services. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding my vehicle looked great I recommend her and will ask for her everything she's amazing her work it top notch. Thank you so much Ciera.
